I entered in a second location, but where is it on the notice? I cannot see it on my draft either.

You can list up to three locations in your Notice to Creditors. The first location you list will appear in the body of your notice. 

Location 2 and 3 will not appear in the body of your notice, but instead will be listed at the bottom. You can see them by Previewing your notice.
