For the Notice to Creditors, I’d like to advertise for a corporation as well as an individual. Can I do this?

Yes. NoticeConnect allows you to mention corporations in your Notice to Creditors. You can mention the deceased's corporation in the ‘Alias’ (AKA) field on the form.
