Make sure you've filled in all of the required fields on the form (marked with a red asterisk). If any of these fields are missing or entered incorrectly, you won't be able to see your notice draft until you correct it.
Check that the area beneath the main Location field does not say Registered as: empty. If you see this message, you will need to select your location from the dropdown menu (Note: If the location you’re looking for is not on the list, select the closest municipality and add your customized location for Location 2).
